Data publication

Data published by the electricity supplier under NEURC requirements — quality standards, reports, and performance indicators.

In accordance with NEURC Resolution No. 1469 “On Approval of the Licensing Conditions for Conducting Economic Activity in Electricity Supply to Consumers” and NEURC Resolution No. 375 “On Approval of the Procedure for Ensuring Electricity Service Quality Standards”, the supplier is obliged to publish certain data in open access.

List of published data

  • General information about the supplier — full name, EDRPOU code, EIC code, registered address, contact details, NEURC license details.
  • Service information — list of services provided, basic contract terms, standard forms.
  • Pricing information — pricing methodology, revision conditions, change notifications.
  • Quality standards — guaranteed and general quality standards as set out in NEURC Resolution No. 375.
  • Quality compliance reports — published annually and retained in the archive.
  • Information on supply termination / restoration — procedure and conditions.
  • Reporting to the regulator — in the form and within the timeframes established by NEURC.

Service quality standards

Guaranteed quality standards, for non-compliance with which compensation to the consumer is provided, include:

  • the time limit for responding to consumer appeals;
  • the time to restore supply after the grounds for termination have been eliminated;
  • the accuracy and timeliness of commercial settlements;
  • other standards defined by NEURC Resolution No. 375.

The archive of quality compliance reports for previous periods is published in this section. Reports are provided in formats suitable for machine reading and archiving.

Data request

Data not publicly disclosed but constituting a legitimate consumer interest is provided upon written request in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information” and the Law of Ukraine “On Specifics of Access to Information in the Areas of Electricity, Natural Gas, Heating, Centralised Hot-Water Supply, Centralised Drinking Water Supply and Sewerage”.
