Information on electricity prices and tariffs

In accordance with Article 72(6) of the Law of Ukraine “On the Electricity Market”, the supply of electricity to consumers, as well as the provision of services related to the supply of electricity, is carried out at free prices, except in cases established by that Law.

Accordingly, the exact electricity price, payment method and conditions are formed depending on the procurement volume and payment terms and are agreed by the parties in the contract for each specific consumer under the chosen or individual commercial offer or as a result of a procurement procedure under the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement” of 25 December 2015 No. 922-VIII (as amended).

Price quote request

To receive an individual price quote, the consumer sends a request with information on consumption volume, load profile, EIC code of the commercial metering point, and voltage class. The supplier processes the request and provides a quote within working hours. Supplier contact details are listed in the “Contacts” section.

Electricity transmission service tariffs

For the current tariff for electricity transmission services of PrJSC “NPC Ukrenergo”, as set by NEURC Resolutions, see the regulator’s official website: nerc.gov.ua.

From 1 January 2026, the tariff for electricity transmission services of PrJSC “NPC Ukrenergo” is set at UAH 713.68/MWh (excl. VAT); from 1 April 2026, at UAH 742.91/MWh (excl. VAT) under NEURC Resolution No. 2200 of 19 December 2024.

Electricity distribution service tariffs

The distribution tariffs effective from 1 January 2026 are approved by NEURC resolutions individually for each distribution system operator. The list of effective tariffs is available on the NEURC website: tarifi-na-poslugi-z-rozpodilu-elektrichnoyi-energiyi-shcho-diyut-z-01-sichnya-2026-roku.

Market price caps

By NEURC Resolution No. 621 of 23 April 2026 “On Price Caps on the Day-Ahead, Intraday and Balancing Markets”, from 30 April 2026 the following price caps are set:

• day-ahead and intraday markets: maximum — UAH 15,000.00/MWh (excl. VAT), minimum — UAH 10.00/MWh;
• balancing market: maximum — UAH 17,000.00/MWh, minimum — UAH 0.01/MWh.

This Resolution declares NEURC Resolution No. 70 of 16 January 2026 no longer in force.
