Price

We draw the attention of potential consumers that, in accordance with Article 12(2) of the Law of Ukraine “On the Natural Gas Market”, the supply of natural gas is carried out at prices freely set between the supplier and the consumer, except in the cases provided for by that Law.

Accordingly, the exact price of natural gas, payment method and conditions are formed depending on the procurement volume and payment terms, and are agreed by the parties in the contract for each specific consumer.

Price quote request

To receive an individual price quote, the consumer sends a request with information on:

• the planned natural gas consumption volume;
• the consumption profile (uniform / uneven / seasonal);
• the EIC code of the commercial metering point;
• the supply region and the gas distribution system operator;
• the consumer category (household / non-household);
• the preferred payment terms (prepayment / postpayment / mixed);
• the term of the contract.

Supplier contact details are listed in the “Contacts” section. The supplier processes the request and provides an individual price quote within working hours.

Components of the final cost

The final cost paid by the consumer consists of:

• the cost of natural gas — procurement on the exchange (e.g., the Ukrainian Energy Exchange), virtual trading point, day-ahead market, or bilateral contracts;
• the transmission service tariff — approved by NEURC for the GTS Operator (“Gas TSO of Ukraine”);
• the distribution service tariff — approved by NEURC for the GDS operator by region;
• the supplier’s margin — coverage of operating expenses, balancing, and risks;
• taxes and duties — VAT and other mandatory payments.

Price update and revision

The contract price may be revised within the timeframes provided by the supply contract. Information on price changes is delivered to the consumer no later than the term established by the contract before the new price applies. The consumer has the right to refuse the new conditions and change the supplier in the manner determined by the Natural Gas Supply Rules.

Information on historical prices and formulas is stored in consumer contracts and is provided upon request in accordance with the law.
